Objective:
SwiftShopper is a response to a request by the United States Grocers Association (USGA), who works to strengthen the grocery industry—both large and small—through services, partnerships, education, and community. Most grocery stores are members of this association. During the pandemic, many shoppers took advantage of grocery pickup services, limiting their purchase to only what was on their list. Many of those folks never returned to the store. USGA requested a stand-alone grocery-list-making app that would bring shoppers back into grocery stores, resulting in more impulse purchases and the discovery of new products. The app should make the grocery-list-making process, and the in-store experience easier and less time consuming for the customer.
